Camera or sound
Device, operating system, browser, selected camera or microphone, and the permission message you see.
A useful support request is specific without exposing secrets. Send the product area, device, browser and what you expected to happen to [email protected].

Use the subject line to identify the type of request: Product help, Account, Purchase, Safety, Privacy or Editorial correction.
For a technical problem, include the page or feature, device model, operating system, browser name and version, the steps you took, and the exact visible error. Mention whether the problem repeats after reloading. A screenshot can help when it does not reveal another person or sensitive account data.
For a purchase question, include the date, approximate amount and the transaction reference shown by the payment provider when available. Do not send a full card number, security code, password or one-time verification code. Support does not need those secrets to begin investigating.
Device, operating system, browser, selected camera or microphone, and the permission message you see.
The account email or non-sensitive identifier and the visible error—never your password or login code.
Date, amount, currency, product option and provider transaction reference, with payment credentials removed.
Approximate time, observable conduct and the product area involved. Contact local emergency services for immediate danger.
Describe the account or data request clearly. Support may need to verify account ownership through a safe process.
Page URL, exact statement, why it may be wrong, and a primary source or product evidence when possible.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the local emergency service. If you believe a crime occurred, follow the relevant local reporting process. If money or an online account may be compromised, contact the bank, payment provider or account provider promptly.
A message to Nanacam can still help document conduct inside the service, but do not remain in an unsafe conversation to collect more detail. Leave first. The video chat safety guide explains practical next steps and links to independent resources.
A camera problem can come from site permission, operating-system permission, another application, hardware or the network. An access problem can come from the account, the browser session or a product rule. Support may ask you to repeat one safe test so the cause can be narrowed without changing several things at once.
Reply in the same email thread when adding details. Include what changed since the original message and whether the issue still occurs. Repeated new threads can separate the device information from the original symptom and slow down an investigation.
Do not install remote-control software, browser extensions or configuration profiles merely because an unknown person claims to represent support. Use only the address published on nanacam.live and verify unusual instructions through a fresh message to [email protected].
For an account or privacy request, support may need to confirm that the requester controls the relevant account. The exact process depends on the request. A legitimate process should not require your password, one-time login code, full payment-card number or card security code.
If a purchase reference is needed, share the provider reference, approximate date, amount and currency after removing unrelated payment information. If identity documentation is ever legally necessary, ask why, what fields are required, how it will be transmitted and how long it will be retained before sending anything.
For a suspected account takeover, secure the associated email account first, change reused passwords through official pages and enable multifactor authentication where available. Contact support from an address you control and state which details may have changed.
Redact unrelated names, faces, addresses, financial details and private messages from attachments. Do not forward inappropriate material. Describe what it showed in factual language unless support gives a secure, necessary process for additional evidence.
Nanacam does not publish a guaranteed response time on this page. Complexity, verification and request volume vary. A clear original message is more useful than sending the same request repeatedly.
Email [email protected] with the product area, device and what happened—without sending passwords or payment secrets.
