Review your camera view, sound and surroundings before matching.
Nanacam is designed around one simple sequence: check your setup, enter matching, have a live two-person conversation, and stay in control of when it ends.
One-on-one · free to start · leave anytime
Select Start video chat to open the matching screen. If an account prompt appears, choose one of the sign-in methods displayed and finish its instructions. Returning visitors may already be signed in. Keep account codes inside the official sign-in form.
Before starting video, review the free matches or coin requirement shown for your account. Camera permission allows the browser to use your device; it is not a payment approval. Buying coins is a separate checkout decision.
If you get stuck, note the exact stage: account prompt, camera permission, matching or checkout. Use the checks below for that stage, or send the visible error and your browser details to support.
A comfortable video conversation starts before matching. Choose a place where you can speak normally, position the camera near eye level, and look at the preview before continuing.
Nanacam opens in a supported browser without a separate desktop app. The no-download start guide gives the shortest route into the product. Your browser will still ask for camera and microphone permission; if that prompt does not appear, the camera permission guide covers the most common fixes.
Take a moment to remove anything in the background that reveals information you would rather keep private. Mail, work badges, school names, street views and family photographs are easy to overlook. Good lighting matters more than an expensive camera; a lamp or window in front of you is usually enough.
Choose Start Video Chat to enter the product flow. Nanacam is built for one-on-one conversations rather than public broadcasting. When a connection opens, start with a quick greeting and give the other person a moment to settle in. Live video has small pauses; treating them as normal makes the exchange feel easier.
A match is an introduction, not an obligation. The matching guide explains what can vary and what Nanacam can actually promise. Once connected, the real-time conversation guide covers pauses, expression and pace. For ideas beyond “hello,” try the practical prompts in our conversation starter guide.
Review your camera view, sound and surroundings before matching.
Enter a live one-on-one conversation through the matching flow.
Ask open questions, listen, and respect the other person’s boundaries.
Continue, leave, or begin another match based on your comfort.
Nanacam lets you begin without buying a package first. The free-to-start guide explains what you can evaluate before paying. Optional coin packs and a 30-day VIP option may then be available for additional product access; rely on the current checkout screen before purchasing.
Do not rely on an old screenshot or an article quoting a price, because product offers can change. Review the checkout total, what the purchase includes and the available payment information before you approve it. For billing questions, contact [email protected].
Do not install an extension, profile or remote-control tool sent by another participant to fix Nanacam. Current mainstream browsers already provide the required permission controls. If instructions differ from your browser, use the vendor’s official help rather than a download offered in a chat.
When contacting support, include the device, operating system, browser and version, page, approximate time and exact symptom. State the last stage that worked: page opened, permission granted, preview visible, matching started or conversation connected. That sequence is more useful than “it is broken” and does not require sharing private conversation content.
Review the site permission beside the address bar and the operating-system camera setting.
Confirm the selected device, close other camera apps and test the camera in an authorized system app.
Check the network, reload once and note any visible message before contacting support.
Protect clear audio, reduce competing network traffic and reconnect when delay keeps growing.
Treat every match as a conversation with a person, not a performance. Do not pressure anyone for personal information, inappropriate content, money or contact details. If another person says no or seems uncomfortable, change the subject or end the conversation.
Read the community guidelines before your first match and use the safety controls visible in the product if something feels wrong. A calm exit is always a valid choice.
No separate desktop program is required. Nanacam opens in a supported web browser and uses browser camera and microphone permissions.
Check your camera, keep your boundaries clear, and begin a friendly one-on-one conversation.
