One on one
Nanacam is designed for live two-person video conversation, not a public broadcast.
Start with the facts that affect a real decision: what the product is, what it costs to begin, what video can and cannot prove, and where to get help.
One-on-one · free to start · leave anytime
Nanacam is designed for live two-person video conversation, not a public broadcast.
Every participant must meet the service’s minimum-age requirement.
Use a supported browser; camera and microphone access remains subject to browser and device permissions.
Optional purchases may be available. The current product screen is the source for price and included access.
Open Nanacam in a current supported browser and review the camera and microphone prompt. The browser and operating system control those permissions; the site cannot use a blocked device until you change the relevant setting. Check the preview for documents, location clues and other people before entering matching.
The product is designed around one-on-one conversation. A match is an introduction, not a promise about compatibility, nationality, gender or identity. Either participant can decide that the conversation is not a fit. A short greeting and a neutral question are enough to begin.
If the browser prompt does not appear, do not repeatedly reload without checking settings. Follow the camera permission guide from browser permission to operating-system permission, then test whether another application is using the camera.
Nanacam may show optional coin packs and a 30-day VIP option for additional access. Offers, currency and included access can change, so the current product and checkout screens are the information to review before approving a purchase. Do not rely on an old price quoted in a screenshot or article.
Before paying, confirm the amount, currency, item and payment-provider information. Keep the provider transaction reference if a problem occurs. Never email a full payment-card number, security code, banking password or one-time verification code to support.
For a charge you do not recognize, contact the payment provider or financial institution promptly as well as Nanacam support. A support email can investigate the product side, but only the financial provider controls some payment protections and account actions.
A person on live video can still misstate a name, location, relationship, need for money or reason for sending a link. Do not share your exact address, workplace, financial information, identity document, passwords or account codes. Verify important claims through an official source you locate independently.
Your background may reveal more than your words. Hide mail, badges, tickets, family photographs, reflections and notifications. Do not record or publish another participant without clear permission, and remember that local recording laws can add requirements beyond personal consent.
If someone creates urgency, requests secrecy, asks for money or presses for inappropriate material, leave. Read the safety guide for the difference between a platform report and an emergency or law-enforcement response.
For a technical issue, include device, operating system, browser and version, the page, the visible error and the last step that worked. State whether the problem repeats and whether the camera works in another authorized application. Remove unrelated names, faces and private messages from screenshots.
For a community concern, describe what was said or shown and approximately when it happened. Report observable conduct rather than guessing a motive or identity. Leave the conversation before collecting more detail if remaining exposed creates risk.
Support at [email protected] is not an emergency service. Use the appropriate local emergency service when someone is in immediate danger, and contact a financial or account provider promptly when credentials or funds may be compromised.
This page is reviewed when the product flow, purchase model, community rules or browser requirements change. We avoid fixed promises about prices, online availability, identity or moderation unless the product team can verify them.
If an answer does not match the current interface, send the question, page URL, device and browser to [email protected]. Do not send passwords, login codes or complete payment credentials.
Nanacam is a browser-based product for friendly one-on-one live video conversations. It is not a public livestream.
Send a specific question to support and include the device, browser or page involved so the team can investigate it properly.
