Where and when
Include the approximate date, time, time zone, page or feature and whether the event was live or in messages.
A strong report is specific enough to investigate, careful with sensitive material and sent to the channel that can act on it.
One-on-one · free to start · leave anytime
End a call immediately for threats, inappropriate exposure, scam pressure, hate, stalking claims or repeated disregard of a boundary. You do not need to warn the other participant that you plan to report them. Continuing may expose more personal information or encourage escalation.
If there is an available block or report control, use it when safe. Product controls and support routes may differ by device or account state, so the exact interface can change. The durable sequence is: leave, secure yourself, record useful facts, then report.
For an immediate threat to life or physical safety, contact local emergency services. Nanacam support cannot dispatch emergency responders, recover transferred money or conduct a criminal investigation.
One complete report is usually more useful than many partial messages. If new facts emerge, reference the original request or ticket when possible.
Include the approximate date, time, time zone, page or feature and whether the event was live or in messages.
Provide the visible username, profile URL, account identifier or other exact reference available to you.
Describe actions and words in a short sequence rather than assigning a diagnosis or guessing motive.
Note whether you ended, blocked, received further contact, shared information or experienced an account or payment issue.
Keep relevant URLs, usernames, transaction references and screenshots of the surrounding interface when lawful and safe. Do not edit an image in a way that removes time, account or page context. Write notes promptly while the sequence is fresh.
Do not solicit more misconduct or remain in danger to collect proof. Do not repost harmful content publicly to warn others. Public redistribution can expose victims, complicate review and violate law or platform rules.
Never download, copy or forward suspected child exploitation material. Any credible indication that a participant does not meet the minimum-age requirement should end the interaction. Use the appropriate national reporting channel and follow its instructions instead of circulating the material.
Use a community or safety report for harassment, inappropriate behavior, hate, scams, impersonation or ignored boundaries involving another account. Use account support for login access, billing questions, technical failures or a privacy request involving your data. Put unrelated issues in separate reports when they require different specialists.
Contact your bank or payment provider through its official channel for an unauthorized or suspicious transaction. Speed matters. A Nanacam report can address platform behavior but cannot reverse an external bank, crypto or gift-card transfer.
Contact local emergency services for immediate danger and the relevant national fraud, cybercrime or law-enforcement channel for suspected crime. Reporting to Nanacam does not replace those routes, and external authorities may request records through their formal legal process.
An awkward pause, declined conversation, different opinion or lack of chemistry is not automatically misconduct. Reporting systems should focus on observable rule or safety concerns. Use the normal exit for a conversation that simply does not work.
Do not coordinate false reports, threaten someone with reporting to obtain attention or use a report to settle a personal disagreement. Honest context helps reviewers make a proportionate decision and protects the integrity of the process.
A report may not produce a detailed explanation about another person’s account because privacy and investigation integrity can limit what support can share. Keep your own safety steps separate from waiting for an outcome.
Save the ticket or confirmation number and watch the email address associated with your support request, including its spam folder. Respond through the existing thread when asked for clarification. Nanacam staff should not need your password or one-time login code.
Change any exposed password, revoke unfamiliar sessions, review connected apps and contact financial providers if payment information was involved. If the other person follows you onto another service, use that service’s reporting and blocking tools too.
Do not contact the reported person for an explanation or announce the report publicly. A clean separation preserves evidence and reduces the chance of retaliation or further manipulation.
The purpose of a report is to give the right reviewer usable facts—not to keep the harmful interaction going.
No. Leave when continuing could increase risk. Record what you already know afterward.
Specific timing and behavior make a report useful; immediate danger and suspected crime need the appropriate external authority.
