Coins are a product balance used for eligible paid actions shown inside the current service. VIP is a time-limited option whose current benefits should be listed before checkout. We do not publish a permanent price table here because offers, currency, taxes and included access can change.

Before checkout
Confirm six details on the screen you are approving
Do not approve a purchase because another participant asks you to, promises to repay you or sends a link. Begin only from Nanacam’s own product flow. If the amount changes between selection and checkout, stop and review the new total rather than assuming the earlier screen still applies.
Take a non-sensitive note of the option and total. Do not capture or share a screenshot containing a full card number, security code, bank balance, address or another person’s private information.

Choose based on the access you expect to use
Avoid buying a larger option merely because the unit cost appears lower. Unused access is not a saving. Set a spending amount before opening checkout and judge the purchase by expected use, not by urgency or pressure.
30-day VIP
Provides the benefits listed on the VIP screen for the stated period. Do not assume membership removes call charges or gives unlimited coins; check included balance and usage limits separately.
No purchase
Remain with the starting experience when the benefit is unclear, the timing is wrong or the cost does not fit your budget.
Wait and review
Pause when currency, included access or provider details do not match your expectation. Support can clarify before you pay.
Duration and renewal
A VIP period and a billing agreement are different things
The current VIP option has a 30-day access period. That duration alone does not tell you whether another payment will be taken automatically. Before paying, look for the renewal amount, billing frequency and cancellation instructions in the checkout agreement.
If those details are missing or unclear, pause and ask Nanacam support before approving the purchase. Do not assume that closing the browser, signing out or stopping conversations cancels a recurring payment.
For a purchase already made, keep the receipt and use the management instructions supplied with that purchase. Tell support whether you want to clarify a future renewal, a missing benefit or a refund request; these are separate questions. Review the payment terms rather than assuming a refund is automatic.
Payment safety
Keep payment secrets out of conversations and support email
Never send another participant money, coins, gift cards, crypto, bank details or a verification code. A person you meet in video chat is not Nanacam billing support. Do not share your screen while financial information, password managers or account-recovery messages are visible.
For support, the approximate date, amount, currency, selected option and provider transaction reference are usually safer starting details. Do not email a full payment-card number, card security code, banking password or one-time code. If someone requests those secrets, stop and contact the published support address through a fresh message.
If you believe a card or financial account was used without permission, contact the financial institution or payment provider promptly. Nanacam can investigate its product record, but the financial provider controls card replacement, account protection and some dispute processes.

Separate a failed checkout, delayed balance and unrecognized charge
Pending payment entries can be handled differently by each provider. Do not describe a pending entry as a completed charge without checking its status. Support should not promise a bank processing time it does not control.
Checkout failed
Do not repeat rapidly. Note the visible error and check whether the financial provider shows a pending attempt.
Payment succeeded, access missing
Keep the transaction reference, reload once and send support the non-sensitive purchase details.
Duplicate or unexpected amount
Contact support with both references and contact the financial provider when an incorrect charge is present.
Charge not recognized
Secure the payment account and contact the provider promptly; do not wait only for platform email.
Budget boundary
A social conversation should not create financial pressure
Decide a comfortable entertainment budget outside the moment of a match. Stop when the purchase no longer feels optional, when you are trying to impress another participant or when you are spending to recover a previous expense. Taking a break is a valid product decision.
There is no need to buy a larger package to make a good impression. If you are unsure what you will use, leave checkout and return after reviewing the cost. A conversation is not a reason to stretch a budget you have already set.
The right purchase is one whose price, purpose and limit you understand before approving it.
