Clear participation rules

Nanacam is designed for respectful social conversation. Eligibility, consent, privacy and a ready exit all matter before a camera turns on.

One-on-one · free to start · leave anytime

The age rule

Every participant must meet the service’s minimum-age requirement

The requirement applies to account creation, matching, calls, messages and every other participatory part of Nanacam. Participants must also meet any higher legal requirement that applies where they live.

Age eligibility does not verify identity, maturity or intent. Protect private information, evaluate important claims independently and leave whenever an interaction does not feel right.

If someone says they do not meet the requirement or gives you a credible reason for concern, end the interaction. Do not request identification, an address or an on-camera action as proof.

Conversation standards

The camera is for conversation

01

Respect

Accept a refusal the first time and change the subject or end the conversation.

02

Privacy

Keep addresses, documents, financial details, passwords and account codes out of view.

03

Consent

Do not record, publish or share another person’s image or voice without clear agreement.

04

Choice

A match creates no obligation. Either person may leave at any time.

When to leave

End the interaction before gathering more evidence

Leave for threats, inappropriate behavior, harassment, hate, financial pressure, requests for account credentials or repeated disregard of a boundary. Remaining connected can expose more private information.

After leaving, note the approximate time, account details and observable behavior. A useful report describes what happened without guessing a motive or diagnosis.

Immediate danger belongs with local emergency services. Suspected crime, financial fraud or harmful imagery may also require the relevant official reporting channel.

Possible minors

Report the concern without conducting your own investigation

Do not continue contact, collect identity documents or ask personal questions to test someone’s age. Use the available report or support route and share only the facts needed to explain the concern.

Never download, copy or forward suspected child exploitation material. Follow the instructions of the appropriate national reporting organization instead of circulating it.

Parents and guardians can reduce accidental access with device-level controls, protected payment methods and clear conversations about live contact with unknown people.

A practical reset

Eligibility is only the starting point

A live face is not proof of a legal name, location, financial story or future intention. Limit identity clues and verify important external claims through a source you find independently.

Use reporting for genuine safety or rule concerns, not to punish an ordinary mismatch. A brief goodbye is enough when two people simply do not connect.

Nanacam’s purpose is straightforward: friendly human conversation with clear limits and an easy way to leave.

Meet kindly. Protect your privacy. Leave when you choose.
